BIM modeling and coordination of building systems were carried out as part of the 12 de Octubre Hospital project in Madrid, using VDC methodologies to facilitate the project's digital management.

The work consisted of developing and reviewing the models of the building's various systems, ensuring their proper integration with the rest of the disciplines.

Through the BIM coordination process, possible clashes between systems were analyzed and the organization of elements within the model was optimized.

This work helped improve technical coordination between teams and the quality of the digital model, supporting project development and decision-making throughout its different phases.
